Belmont Survey District, Subject as to Parts to a Building-
line Restriction

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes,
subject as to Lots 64 to 67 (inclusive), 82, 91, and 92, D.P.
19728, and Lots 110 and 111, D.P. 19429, to notice of con-
dition as to line of buildings or hoardings K. 36434, Wellin-
ton Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of June 1958.

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District
situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Wellington
R.D., described as follows:

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 23rd day of June 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the construction of an
access way and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 23rd day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 11·4 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata
Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being
part Plantation Reserve on D.P. 19529, being part Allotment
28, Titirangi Parish; as the same is more particularly deline-
ated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156238 (S.O. 38489) de-
posited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.

vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of Putaruru as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 23rd day of June 1958.

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District,
situated in Block X, Patetere North Survey District, Borough
of Putaruru, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
