Crown Land Set Apart, Together with the Benefit of and
Subject to a Party-wall Easement, for Public Buildings of
the General Government in the City of Gisborne
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, together with the
benefit of and subject to a party-wall easement created in
and by memorandum of transfer No. 24370, Gisborne Land
Registry, for public buildings of the General Government;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 23rd day of June 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Gisborne Land District
containing 1 rood 19 perches, situated in the City of Gis-
borne, Gisborne R.D., and being Sections 137 and 138, D.P.
1213, Town of Gisborne. All certificate of title, Volume 39,
folio 197, Gisborne Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 9th day of June 1958.

Land Taken for Waterworks in Blocks XI and XV,
Otanewainuku Survey District, Tauranga County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of Mt. Maunganui as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 23rd day of June 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing 944 acres and 20 perches, situated in Blocks XI
and XV, Otanewainuku Survey District, Auckland R.D., being
part Oropi No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156284 (S.O. 38944)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Welling-
ton, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of June 1958.

Freeman’s Bay Reclamation Area Under Part II of the
Housing Improvement Act 1945 in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for resubdivision and improve-
ment within the Freeman’s Bay reclamation area under Part
II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945, and shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
23rd day of June 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 6·3 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitematā
Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being
Lot 4, of part Allotment 5, of Section 41, Town of Auckland.
All certificate of title, Volume 751, folio 152, Auckland Land
Registry (limited as to parcels and title).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 18th day of June 1958.
