NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND TO STOP ROAD IN BLOCKS V AND VII, MANGAORONGO SURVEY DISTRICT, AND BLOCK VIII, ORAHIRI SURVEY DISTRICT, OTOROHANGA COUNTY

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road and to stop the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to be taken and of the pieces of road to be stopped is deposited in the office of the Otorohanga County Council at Ballance Street, Otorohanga, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land or by the stopping of the said pieces of road should, if they have any well grounded objections to the said taking or stopping, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the office of the County Council at Otorohanga.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Nelson City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the acquisition of land for aerodrome purposes; and for such purposes the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council situate in Trafalgar Street, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said aerodrome work or by the taking of such lands who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said aerodrome work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Trafalgar Street.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road within the County of Franklin, and for the purposes of such public work and severance the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, situated in Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by, and who have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands, must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the date of publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the County Office, Roulston Street, Pukekohe.
