Consenting to Stopping Road in Block VII, Hawkins Survey District, Malvern County

Present:

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Malvern County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of road in the Canterbury Land District containing 25·6 perches, situated in Block VII, Hawkins Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and adjoining Sections 2 and 3, Block VIII, Town of Darfield; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156205 (S.O. 9260) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto, subject to pipe-line certificate No. K 42149, Wellington Land Registry, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, and be under the control and management of the Wellington City Council.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 5·47 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 60, D.P. 15914. Part certificate of title, Volume 560, folio 164, Wellington Land Registry.
