ALL that piece of road in the Otago Land District containing 1 acre 3 roods 18 perches, situated in Block I, Tiger Hill Survey District, Otago R.D., adjoining or passing through Sections 22, 59, and 72; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156192 (S.O. 12559) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
