A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Sockburn-Styx Railway.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 2 roods 19 perches, situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 3, D.P. 6241, and being part Rural Section 3302; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156174 (S.O. 9321) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of June 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the water rights created in and by Deed No. 208097 (R. 186/63), Auckland Land Registry, for defence purposes.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 29 acres 2 roods 36·7 perches, situated in Blocks X and XI, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 48 and part Lots 30, 31, and 49 of Allotment 2, Waipareira Parish. Balance certificate of title, Volume 758, folio 300, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 20 perches, situated in Block XIII, Opoiti Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 3790 (Town of Frasertown Extension No. 2), and being part Section 105, Wairoa Military Settlement. PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes (co-axial cable repeater station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 2·11 perches, situated in Block XIV, Te Kawau Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Carnarvon 387A No. 1c; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156207 (S.O. 24021) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Land and Easement Over Land Taken for an Automatic Beacon in Block VIII, Turanganui Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic beacon; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to transmit electrical energy with the right of Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all time to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain cables along, under, or over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the right to convey electrical energy through the said cables, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1958.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Gisborne Land District situated in Block VIII, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
5 3 20 Part Kaiti 317 Block.
4 1 10 Part Kaiti 318 Block.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156111 (S.O. 4865) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 2·6 perches, situated in Block VIII, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Kaiti 318 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156111 (S.O. 4865) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
