A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 8, D.P. 40042, to the stormwater easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 521282, Auckland Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1958.

FIRST SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre and 3·3 perches, situated in Block XI, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Birkenhead, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 9, D.P. 813, being part Allotment 143, Takapuna Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156240 (S.O. 40747) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 4 acres 3 roods 5 perches, situated in Block XI, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Birkenhead, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 8, D.P. 40042. All certificate of title, Volume 1126, folio 36, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of June 1958.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Quarry and for the Purposes of a Road in Block IX, Moawhango Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Walter Richmond Harding, of Wanganui, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease No. 21055, is hereby taken for a quarry and that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen, by the said Walter Richmond Harding under and by virtue of Crown lease No. 21055, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1958.

All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 6 acres and 12 perches, situated in Block IX, Moawhango Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Run No. 4; coloured orange, edged orange, on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

All those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block IX, Moawhango Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land first described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and the land secondly described in the said Schedule is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE

All those pieces of land in the Otago Land District, situated in Block III, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
8 2 4·2 Part Section 20; coloured orange and bordered dark orange on plan.
18 2 34 Part Section 23; bordered yellow on east and south boundaries.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154852 (S.O. 12332) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Land and an Easement over Land Taken for Sanitary Drainage Purposes in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, Matamata County

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sanitary drainage purposes and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, Inhabitants of the County of Matamata as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and that an easement for sanitary drainage purposes is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Matamata, as from the date hereinafter mentioned, the right and privilege forever to dig, construct, and maintain an open drain over, across, and through the land described in the said Second Schedule, for the purpose of conveying water or other fluids in any quantities from the land described in the said First Schedule to the Whakauru Stream, and also the right and privilege to lay, place and maintain in, and under the soil of the land described in the said Second Schedule, if the Council at any time or from time to time thinks fit, a line of pipes for the purpose of conveying water or other fluids to the Whakauru Stream, such pipes to have an internal diameter not exceeding 24 in, and also the further right of way, ingress, egress, and regress, for the Council, its engineers, agents, servants, contractors, workmen, and others with or without implements, machinery, and vehicles of every description, over and upon the said land for the purpose of repairing, renewing, or maintaining the said drain or the said pipes laid or placed as aforesaid, and inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining the same in good order and condition; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1958.

All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 3 acres and 24·5 perches, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 6, D.P. 23866, being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156255 (S.O. 38382) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 27·3 perches, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 6, D.P. 23866, being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156255 (S.O. 38382) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
