Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Auckland

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 3 roods 38·67 perches, situated in Blocks VIII and IX, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 43683. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1162, folio 35, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of June 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 58640, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 28 perches, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mt. Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 49, D.P. 44206. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1373, folio 15, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District containing 33·8 perches, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, being Lot 59, D.P. S. 3892, being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1241, folio 65, Auckland Land Registry.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Wellington Land District containing 6 acres and 12 perches, situated in Block IX, Moawhango Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Run No. 4; coloured orange, edged orange, on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block IX, Moawhango Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
