Declaration That a Reserve be the Maungaturoto Domain and Appointment of Domain Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Maungaturoto Domain, and further, appoints

The Member of the Otamatea County Council representing the Wairau Riding, ex officio;
Albert Brooks; Stanley Guy Cullen; Sydney Gordon Fitzpatrick; Matthew Henry Macnay; James Maoate Rennie; John Cecil Frederick Roadley; William Claude Rooke; and Davie Stanley Thomas

to be the Maungaturoto Domain Board to have control of the said domain.

Declaration That Portion of the Rangiwahia Domain be Set Apart as a Site for a Public Hall and Vesting in the Kiwitea County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that portion of the Rangiwahia Domain described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on and after the 30th day of May 1958, be set apart as a site for a public hall, subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kiwitea, in trust, as a site for a public hall.
