WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the lands described in the Schedule hereto require to be taken by the Waipa County Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.

A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is open to public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank Street, Te Awamutu.

All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well founded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands and to send such writing to the Waipa County Council within forty days from the first publication of this notice.

COOK COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for drainage works.

Notice is further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the offices of the Cook County Council, Childers Road, Gisborne, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice to the Cook County Council, Childers Road, Gisborne.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, being part Lot 8, D.P. 846, part Matawhero No. 6 Block; coloured blue on plan.

WAIPARA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

THE Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipara hereby give notice of their intention to acquire the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of a public road, pursuant to the powers contained in sections 22 and 23 of the Public Works Act 1928.

Any person affected by such taking and having any well founded objection to such taking should forward such objections in writing to the office of the Waipara County Council, Waikari, within forty days hereof.

A plan showing the piece of land to be taken may be inspected at the office of the Waipara County Council, Waikari.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land situated in Block VII of the Waipara Survey District containing 1 rood, part of Rural Section 7540, and being all the land included in certificate of title, Volume 117, folio 61 (Canterbury Registry), having a frontage onto High Street, Hawarden.

TE PUKE BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Te Puke intends to take for the purposes of a public pound all that parcel of land situate in the Borough of Te Puke containing 35 perches, more or less, being Section 1 of Block IX of the Village of Atuaroa, and being the whole of the land in certificate of title, Volume 23, folio 221, Auckland Registry.

A plan of the said land is deposited at the office of the Te Puke Borough Council and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours. All persons affected are hereby requested and called upon to set forth any well grounded objections to the taking of such land and to send such objections in writing within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Te Puke Borough Council at its office in Jellicoe Street, Te Puke.

A plan of the said land is deposited at the office of the Te Puke Borough Council and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.
