Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of road in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood, situated in Block III, Kapiti Survey District, Wellington R.D., and adjoining the Wellington-Foxton Railway, also Lot 20, Block V, and Lot 14, Block VI, D.P. 462, being part Muapoko Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156032 (S.O. 23978) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
