In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the
matter of Hazel Woods (N.Z.) Ltd., a duly incorporated
private company having its registered office at No. 304
Cashel Street, Christchurch.
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand dated the 8th day of April 1958 confirming
the reduction of capital of the above-named company from
twelve thousand five hundred pounds (£12,500) to ten
thousand pounds (£10,000) and the minute approved by
the Court showing with respect to the capital of the com-
pany as altered, the several particulars required by the
above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of
Companies on the 1st day of May 1958.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The capital of Hazel Woods (N.Z.) Ltd. is on the regis-
tration of this minute ten thousand pounds (£10,000)
divided into 20,000 shares of ten shillings (10s.) each
all of which have been issued and are deemed to be
fully paid up."

WAIRARAPA SOUTH COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Wai-
rarapa South County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of £30,000 authorised to be raised by the Wairarapa
South County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of purchasing land and erecting thereon a metal
crushing and screening plant, the said Wairarapa South County
Council hereby makes a special rate of thirty-one sixty-
fourths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value;
on the basis of the unimproved value, of all rateable pro-
perty in the County of Wairarapa South and that the special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency
of the loan and be payable yearly on or about the 1st day of
July in each and every year during the currency of the loan,
being a period of twelve years, or until the loan is fully paid
off."

OTOROHANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Otoro-
hanga County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of twenty thousand pounds (£20,000)
authorised to be raised by the Otorohanga County Council
under the above-named Act for rural housing, the Otoro-
hanga County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate
of one-ninth of a penny in the pound (1/9d. in £) upon
the rateable (unimproved) value of all rateable property of
the whole of the County of Otorohanga; and that such special
rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency
of such loan until such loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the above resolution is a true copy of
a resolution passed at a meeting of the Otorohanga County
Council held on the 21st day of April 1958.

NORTH AUCKLAND ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Reticulation Loan 1958, £150,000
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and its
amendments and of all other powers it thereunto enabling,
the North Auckland Electric Power Board hereby resolves as
follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing for the repayment of the
principal and the payment of interest and other charges on
the Board’s Reticulation Loan 1958, £150,000, authorised to be
raised by the North Auckland Electric Power Board under the
above-mentioned Act for the purpose of supplying and dis-
tributing electrical energy for the benefit of the North Auck-
land Electric Power District and for such purpose to do all or
any of such matters and things which the Board is empowered
to do by the Electric Power Boards Act 1925 and its amend-
ments and by all other powers and authorities it enabling, the
North Auckland Electric Power Board hereby makes and
levies a special rate of two-fifths of one penny (2d.) in the
pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the
unimproved value) of all rateable property in the North
Auckland Electric Power District, such special rate to be an
annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan
and be payable yearly on the 8th day of May in each and
every year, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the
loan is fully repaid."
Notice is hereby given that the above resolution was passed
at a meeting of the North Auckland Electric Power Board
held on the 8th day of May 1958.

BOROUGH OF ASHBURTON
RESOLUTION MAKING RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on it by
the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Municipal Cor-
porations Act 1954, and all other Acts, powers, and authorities
enabling it in that behalf, the Ashburton Borough Council
hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing interest and other
charges on a special loan of £15,000 authorised to be raised
by the Ashburton Borough Council under the above-mentioned
Acts, to be known as the Streets and Footways Loan 1955,
£50,000 - Third Issue £15,000, and for the purpose of kerbing,
channelling and sealing of streets and footways, installing storm-
water drainage, and purchasing plant, the Ashburton Borough
Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of £0·000845
in the pound upon all the rateable property within the
Borough of Ashburton on the basis of unimproved value and
that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate dur-
ing the currency of such loan and payable on the 1st day
of April in each and every year during the currency of such
loan, being for a period of fifteen years, or until the loan is
fully paid off."
BOROUGH OF ROTORUA
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Soundshell Loan 1957, £40,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Rotorua Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of £40,000 to be known as the Rotorua Borough Council
Soundshell Loan 1957, £40,000, authorised to be raised by the
Rotorua Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans
Act 1956 for the purpose of erecting a soundshell and audi-
torium on the land front, the Rotorua Borough Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of 0·31d. in the £ upon the
rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all
rateable property in the Borough of Rotorua and that the said
special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the cur-
rency of the said loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st
day of April in each and every year during the currency of
such loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is
fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed at
a meeting of the Rotorua Borough Council held on 20
February 1958.
