Statement of Money Belonging to Trusts and Held by the Crown
Pursuant to section 78 of the Trustee Act 1956, notice is hereby given that, at the 31st day of March 1958—
(a) The money specified in the statement in the Schedule hereto was held by the Crown under section 77 of that Act in respect of the matters specified in that statement; and
(b) Such money had not been credited to the Consolidated Fund.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in Vincent County (Notice No. Ag. 6514)
Pursuant to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Acting Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Vincent County Council on the 3rd day of April 1958.
SPECIAL ORDER
That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 3 (1) of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Vincent County Council hereby resolves and declares by way of special order that the under-mentioned plants are noxious weeds within the County of Vincent:
Burdock (Arctium, any species). Common broom (Cytisus scoparius).
Gorse (Ulex, any species). Hemlock (Conium maculatum).
Nassella tussock (Nassella trichotoma). Ragwort (Senecio jacobaea).
St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum). Sweetbrier (Rosa eglanteria syn. Rosa rubiginosa).
Wild teasel (Dipsacus silvester).
Such special order shall take effect on the 7th day of April 1958.

Administration of Noxious Weeds Act 1950 in Vincent County
(Note No. Ag. 6513)
Pursuant to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Acting Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following resolution passed by the Vincent County Council on the 4th day of March 1958.
RESOLUTION
That the Council of the County of Vincent doth hereby by resolution decide to assume responsibility for the administration of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 within the County of Vincent as from the 7th day of April 1958.
