A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 0 0·92 Part Lot 2, D.P. 12193, being part Section 466, Town of Wellington; coloured blue on plan P.W.D. 146594. (S.O. 23205.)
0 0 0·42 Part Lot 1, D.P. 12193, being part Section 466, Town of Wellington; coloured sepia on plan P.W.D. 146594. (S.O. 23205.)
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

All those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in the Borough of Te Puke, described as follows:

SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 6 acres 3 roods 18 perches, situated in Block VI, Halswell Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Road and Drain Reserve; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155842 (S.O. 9281) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured blue.

0 1 9·7 Land below mean high-water mark, Tairua Harbour, Block X; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155206 (S.O. 32894) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 6 March 1958 and published in Gazette, 13 March 1958, No. 17, page 237, proclaiming land as road in Block II, Waikohu Survey District, Waikohu County, in so far as it affects the area of 27·2 perches, lastly described in the First Schedule to the said Proclamation, and hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 2 roods 27·2 perches, situated in Block II, Waikohu Survey District, Waikohu County, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 2273, part Puhatikotiko 7A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155453 (S.O. 4975) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
