A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham; the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of May 1958.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a parking place, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of May 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 7·8 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 12193, being part Sections 465 and 466, Town of Wellington; coloured sepia on plan.

LAND TAKEN FOR A PARKING PLACE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 12·9 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 12193, being part Section 465, Town of Wellington; coloured orange on plan.
