KAITUNA RIVER BOARD
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND AND TO CREATE DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR RIVER WORKS
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Kaituna River Board proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for river works the land described in the First Schedule hereto and to take an easement creating full drainage rights over the land described in the Second Schedule.
A plan showing the land proposed to be taken and the land over which the easement is to be created, is available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga County Council, 225 Cameron Road, Tauranga, during forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons having well grounded objections to the above-mentioned proposals are hereby called on to set forth their objections in writing and to lodge the same in the office of the Council on or before the 29th day of May 1958.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the First Schedule hereunder and to stop the portions of road described in the Second Schedule.
A plan showing the land proposed to be taken and the portions of road proposed to be stopped is available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga County Council, No. 225 Cameron Road, Tauranga, during forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons having well grounded objections to the above-mentioned proposals are hereby called upon to set forth their objections in writing and to lodge the same in the office of the Council on or before the 29th day of May 1958.

FEATHERSTON COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Featherston County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, a public road; and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken:
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, situate at Kitchener Street, Martinborough, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Kitchener Street, Martinborough.

A plan showing the road proposed to be stopped is available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga County Council, 225 Cameron Road, Tauranga, during forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons having well grounded objections to the above-mentioned proposal are hereby called upon to set forth their objections in writing and to lodge the same in the office of the Council on or before the 5th day of June 1958.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Subscriptions—The subscription is at the rate of £5 5s. per calendar year, including postage, payable in advance.
Single copies of the Gazette as follows:
For the first 16 pages, 6d., increasing by 6d. for every subsequent 8 pages or part thereof.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for the first insertion, and 6d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand. The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing), subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon, facilitating the purchase of extra copies.
Orders should be placed with the Government Printer, Publications Branch, Wellington C.1. Separate copies of regulations may also be purchased from the Printing and Stationery Department, 130 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, or from the Chief Post Offices at Auckland and Dunedin.
