of Dunedin
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 9·22 perches, situated in the City of Dunedin, being Lot 1, D.P. 9007, and being also part Sections 1 and 2, Ocean Beach Survey District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 298, folio 204, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of April 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for health purposes (district nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 5·3 perches, situated in Block IV, Onewhero Survey District, Borough of Tuakau, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 12 of Block IV, D.P. 7325. All certificate of title, Volume 228, folio 199, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 1 rood 2·5 perches, situated in the Borough of Waipawa, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 45, Deeds Plan 542, part Block 57, Patangata Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155796 (S.O. 3044) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
