Corrigendum

Delete:

“(1) That portion of the Wanganui River from its mouth to a line commencing at the centre of the junction of Kaimatira Road and River Bank Road on the left bank of the river; thence extending directly across the river to the eastern boundary of Wanganui City on the right bank of the river.”

and substitute:

“(1) That portion of the Wanganui River from its mouth and including all tidal lands as defined in the Harbours Act 1950, to a line commencing at the centre of the junction of Kaimatira Road and River Bank Road on the left bank of the river; thence extending directly across the river to the eastern boundary of Wanganui City on the right bank of the river.”

“(1) All that area in the Nelson Land District bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 60, Block 11, Steeples Survey District; thence along the north-eastern boundary of Sections 60 and 16 to the railway; thence south-westerly along the railway to its junction with the Westport - Cape Foulwind Railway; thence south-easterly along the Westport - Cape Foulwind Railway to the western boundary of Section 222,

Block 11, Steeples Survey District; thence along the western boundary of said Section 222 to high-water mark; thence easterly, westerly, and north-westerly along high-water mark to a point in line with the north-eastern corner of Section 60 aforesaid; thence by a right line to the north-eastern corner of said Section 60, the point of commencement.”

and substitute:

“Area at the mouth of the Buller River: All that area in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, containing by admeasurement 650 acres, more or less, situated in Block 11, Steeples Survey District, and Block 111, Kawatiri Survey District and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point being the intersection of the middle line of the Buller River and the middle line of the road and railway bridge over the Buller River in Block 111, Kawatiri Survey District; thence generally westerly and north-westerly by the middle line of the aforesaid bridge and the Westport - Carters Beach Road to its intersection with the Aerodrome road in Block 11, Steeples Survey District; thence generally easterly along the middle line of the said Aerodrome road and that line produced to the middle line of the Buller River; thence generally southerly along the middle line of that river to the point of commencement; excepting therefrom that area declared a wildlife refuge (Gazette 1957, page 825).”

(21) The property of Mr K. T. Hope at the Riponui Road - Marlow Junction, being Sections 27 and 30, Block XIII, Hukerenui Survey District, containing approximately 303 acres.
