COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 31st day of March 1958 Present:

THE HON. C. F. SKINNER, M.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Franklin County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE ALL those pieces of road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the Awhitu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Adjoining 1 2 15 Allotments 1, 13, and 123, Suburban Section 5, Parish of Waipipi, Blocks VIII and IX; coloured green on plan. 1 2 20 Road adjoining Allotments 1, 13, and 123, Suburban Section 5, Parish of Waipipi, Block IX; coloured green, edged green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155648 (S.O. 40291) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Declaring an Access Way to be Vested in the Corporation of the City of Timaru and to be Under the Control and Management of the Timaru City Council

SKINNER, M.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Timaru and shall be under the control and management of the Timaru City Council.

SCHEDULE ALL that access way in the Canterbury Land District containing 11Β·8 perches, situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury R.D., and being Lot 118, D.P. 19380, being part Rural Section 4135. Part certificate of title, Volume 497, folio 196, Canterbury Land Registry.

SCHEDULE ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, containing 2 acres 1 rood 32'17 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 6860, being part Section 55, Hutt District, together with and subject to the right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 158729, Wellington Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155717 (S.O. 23706) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington; and thereon coloured sepia.

SKINNER, M.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 15th day of July 1907, published in Gazette, 18 July 1907, Vol. II, page 2137, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 287, exempting Nairn Street in the City of Wellington from the provisions of section 117 of the Public Works Act 1905, subject to a condition as to the building line, by cancelling the condition as to the building line imposed by the said Order in Council, in so far as it affects the land comprised in D.P. 10213, being part Section 56, Town of Wellington, all certificate of title, Volume 333, folio 37, Wellington Land Registry

Directing the Revision of District Valuation Rolls

COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 24th day of March 1958 Present:

THE HON. C. F. SKINNER, M.C. PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the District Valuation Rolls for the counties enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be revised by the Valuer-General as at 31 March 1958.

SCHEDULE COUNTIES Hawke's Bay, Waitaki, Waitomo.

PURSUANT to the discretion conferred upon him by subsection (2) of section 9, Valuation of Land Act 1951, the Valuer-General intends to exercise the authority conferred by the foregoing Order in Council so far as it relates to those districts named in the first column of the Schedule hereto, by revising only those properties on the district valuation rolls which lie within the portions described in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE First Column Second Column Hawke's Bay County That portion of approximately 284 acres to the North of Onekawa Block described in Gazette, 27 March 1958, No. 20, page 380, which is to be included in the City of Napier as on and from 1 April 1958. Waitaki County That portion of approximately 636 acres which in terms of a Final Scheme of the Local Government Commission promulgated on 14 February 1958, is to be included in the Borough of Oamaru. Waitomo County That portion of approximately 2,370 acres known as the Waimiha area described in Gazette, 27 March 1958, No. 20, page 380, which is to be included in the County of Taumarunui as on and from 1 April 1958.
