A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes
(residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 1·3 perches, situated in the Borough of Te Aroha, being Lot 20, D.P. 17911, being part Section 69, Block IX, Aroha Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 808, folio 41, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of December 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the residence site licences in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Waihi Tyre and Engineering Service Ltd., are hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 1·81 perches, situated in the Borough of Waihi, being Sections 42c and 42d, Town of Waihi. All residence site licences Nos. 21323 and 21324.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 20·03 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being Lot 3, D.P. 7632, being part Section 25, Hutt District. All certificate of title, Volume 384, folio 177, Wellington Land Registry.
