SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the Canterbury Land District,
Ashburton County, known as Taylors Road, situated in Block
XV, Hinds Survey District, commencing at Poplar Road and
proceeding in a south-easterly direction generally for a dis-
tance of approximately 62 chains, adjoining Rural Sections
37564, 37565, and 37743 (Eiffelton Farm Settlement).
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 155107 (S.O. 8391) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the access way described in the First Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Christchurch, and be under the control and management of
the Christchurch City Council, and that the access ways
described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, on and after
the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and
management of the Waimairi County Council.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that access way in the Canterbury Land District con-
taining 12 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch,

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street Off Andrews Road in
the Borough of Henderson Subject to a Condition as to
the Building Line

At the Government House at Wellington this 23rd day of
December 1957
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Henderson Borough Council to permit the laying off of
the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a
width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less
than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part
of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision
of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D.
155007 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of
35 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District,
Borough of Henderson, containing by admeasurement 24·8
perches, more or less, being part Lots 45, 46, 47, 48, and 49,

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council and with the consent of the licensee,
hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 4th day of
December 1940 and published in the Gazette on the 12th day
of the same month at page 3689, authorising Theo Morel, of
Murchison, farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating
electricity, the rights, powers, and privileges under the said
Order in Council having been assigned to Vernon A. Clouston,
of Murchison, farmer, and by the said Vernon A. Clouston,
to John Charles God siffe, of Murchison, farmer.
