and Telegraph Purposes (Residences) in the Town District
of Murupara

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand;
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is
hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (residences);
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 24th day of March 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District,
situated in the Murupara Town District, described as follows:

Being
0 0 25.7 Lot 7, D.P. S. 4888, being part Sections 15 and
64, Block XIII, Galatea Survey District. Part
certificates of title, Volume 1211, folio 256, and
Volume 1420, folio 96, Auckland Land Registry.

XIII, Galatea Survey District. Part certificate
of title, Volume 1211, folio 256, Auckland Land
Registry.

State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Northcote

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is
hereby set apart for a public school, and the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for a public school,
is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 24th day of March 1958.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 7 acres 2 roods 14.4 perches, situated in Block
XII, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Northcote,
Auckland R.D., and being part Lots 25, 28, 29, 41, 42, 43,
47, 48, and 49, D.P. 21894, being part Allotments 40, 41, 42, 43,
and 47, Takapuna Parish; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155556 (S.O. 40309)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District,
situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District,
Borough of Northcote, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 3 27.3 Part Lot 28, D.P. 21894, being part Allotments
41, 42, 46, and 47, Takapuna Parish; coloured
sepia on plan.

plan.
1 1 12.6 Part Lot 26, D.P. 21894, being part Allotments
42 and 43, Takapuna Parish; coloured blue on
plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 155556 (S.O. 40309) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.

better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 24th day of March 1958.

in Block X, Waikouaiti Survey District, Otago R.D., described
as follows:

1 0 37 As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan

the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 24th day of March 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing
7 acres 3 roods 28.2 perches, situated in Block XI, North
Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, City of Dunedin, and
being part Sections 65 and 67. Balance certificate of title,
Volume 89, folio 194, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 18th day of March 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, saving and excepting all
minerals within the meaning of the Land Act 1924, on or
under the land and reserving always to Her Majesty the
Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said
minerals a right of ingress, egress, and regress over the said
land, for electric works and shall vest in the Waitemata
Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 24th day of March 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District,
situated in Block XI, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
described as follows:

Being
