IN the notice in Gazette, 20 February 1958, No. 13, page 221, under the heading “Wholesalers Licences Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33, Granted, Surrendered, or Revoked”, for the words “Milton Products (B. A. Milton, trading as) 1/2/58 Auckland”, read “Milton Products (B. A. Milne, trading as) 1/2/58 Auckland”.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 7,640 acres and 31 perches, more or less, being the block of land known as Hauhungaroa No. 2d 2 Block, situated in Blocks VI, VII, X, XI, and XIV, Puketapu Survey District, and being part of certificate of title, Volume 382, folio 203.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of February 1958.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Clay Pit in Block I, Cromwell Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a clay pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 6 acres 3 roods 15·5 perches, situated in Block I, Cromwell Survey District, Otago R.D., being Section 152, formerly part Section 110; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149877 (S.O. 12101) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of March 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 16·1 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being Subdivision 9, Pipitea Pa, part Section 545, and other part of Pipitea Pa. All the land in Notice K. 41885, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of March 1958.
