The Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957, Amendment No. 12
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:
- This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957, Amendment No. 12, and shall be read together with and deemed to be part of the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
- This notice shall come into force on the 7th day of March 1958.
- The principal notice shall cease to apply in respect of the services set out in the Schedule hereto.
- The principal notice is hereby consequentially amended by omitting from the Schedule thereto all references to the services referred to in the Schedule hereto in respect of which, pursuant to clause 3 hereof, the principal notice no longer applies.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, to the persons described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their employment for the employers described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise them, while they are under the age of eighteen years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

The area specified in the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

All that area at Omokoroa commencing at the intersection of the eastern extremity of the southern boundary of part Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 12835, being part Allotment 186, 186A, and 49, Te Puna Parish, with the mean high-water line of Tauranga Harbour; thence north-westerly along the aforesaid southern boundary across the Te Puna Point - Omokoroa Main Highway No. 410, and again along the aforesaid southern boundary to its intersection with the mean high-water line of Tauranga Harbour; thence north-easterly, easterly, southerly, and south-westerly generally along the aforesaid mean high-water line to the point of commencement.
As the said area is more particularly shown edged red on the plan marked TT. 1827 deposited in the Head Office of the Transport Department at Wellington.
