A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 33·24 perches, situated in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being Allotments 458 and 459, Town of Grahamtown; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 39229 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for health purposes (district nurse's residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of March 1958.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 32·2 perches, situated in Block VI, Omapere Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Section 17; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155444 (S.O. 40637) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
