A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of February 1958.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block X, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Being

0 0 0·25 Part Allotment 1A, Waipareira Parish.

0 0 0·33. Part Allotment 1A, Waipareira Parish.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155353 (S.O. 40597) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 28·66 perches, situated in Block X, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 1A, Waipareira Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155353 (S.O. 40597) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
