Declaring Land in North Auckland Land District, Vested in
the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public
School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, by subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), it
is provided that, notwithstanding anything contained in any
other Act, the Governor-General may from time to time, by
Proclamation, declare that any school site or part of a school
site which in his opinion is no longer required for that
purpose shall be vested in Her Majesty, and thereupon the
school site or part thereof, as the case may be, shall vest in
Her Majesty, freed and discharged from every educational
trust affecting the same but subject to all leases, encumbrances,
liens, or easements affecting the same at the date of the
Proclamation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of
the said Act, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested
in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school,
shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged
from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to
all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same
at the date hereof.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
PART land shown on D.P. 19760, being part Section 24, Block
XVI, Otamatea Survey District, and part Section 12, Block
XII, Pakiri Survey District: Area, 5 acres 1 rood 6·8 perches,
more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 924, folio 63. As
shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1242N deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Welling-
ton, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of February 1958.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be
Subject to the Land Act 1948

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act
1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the
Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto,
being portion of provisional State forest reserve No. 1715
set apart by Proclamation dated the 24th day of March 1931,
and published in Gazette, 26 March 1931, Volume I, page
702, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance
with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and
after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional
State forest land and shall become Crown land available for
sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the pro-
visions of the Land Act 1948.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
PART Reserve 1715 (formerly part Rural Section 2691), situated
in Block III, Brunner Survey District: Area, 3 roods 30
perches, more or less.
As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 36/2496A deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of February 1958.

Cairnhill Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for irrigation pur-
poses; and I also declare that this Proclamation will take
effect on and after the 24th day of February 1958.
