PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956; His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

PURSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, as amended by section 2 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the closing of the portions of the street known as Penrose Road, in the Borough of Mount Wellington, described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of street in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Police Offences Act 1927 and section 38 of the Statutes Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the I.C.A.O. Official Emblem and Seal Notice 1958.
  2. No person shall use in connection with any trade or business the official emblem or the official seal of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (a specialised agency brought into relationship with the United Nations in pursuance of Article Fifty-seven of the Charter of the United Nations), the designs whereof are reproduced in the Schedule to this notice.
