WAIMARINO COUNTY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waimarino County Council, at its meeting held on the 10th day of October 1957, has resolved to prepare for the Waimarino County a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.
Proposals marked “Waimarino County District Scheme” should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at the County Clerk’s office on or before the 21st day of December 1957.

PALMERSTON NORTH CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR THE PURPOSES OF AN AERODROME
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, and in the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Palmerston North City Council intends to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, the following lands required for the purposes of an aerodrome:
All that parcel of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 23·24 perches, being part of Lots 7 and 8 on Deposited Plan No. 203; as the same is more particularly coloured burnt sienna on S.O. Plan 23856, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 56, folio 149 (Wellington Registry).
A plan of the said lands is deposited at the public office of the Palmerston North City Council and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk of the Palmerston North City Council.

NAPIER CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Napier City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute certain public work, namely, to widen portion of Shakespeare Road by twelve feet (12 ft.), and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the offices of the said council, situated in Tennyson Street, Napier, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the council's offices aforesaid.

BOROUGH OF RICCARTON
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Riccarton, propose under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of an electric power substation, and for the purpose of such public work, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Riccarton; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Riccarton Borough Council, situated at 189 Clarence Street, Riccarton, and there is open for inspection by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of the said land described in the Schedule hereto should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk of the Riccarton Borough Council at the office of the said council.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land, situated in Block X of the Christchurch Survey District, containing 2·3 perches or thereabouts, being part Lot 190 on Deposited Plan 2681, part Rural Section 163, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 269, folio 238, Canterbury Land Registry, subject to the easement created by transfer 81983 and to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 92133, and being more particularly that part of the land edged pink on the plan prepared by Messrs Davie and Lovell Smith, registered surveyors, and dated the 31st day of October 1957.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act 1924, the Public Works Act 1928, and their amendments, and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work, namely, for a street and in connection with street widening at Thorndon Quay in the City of Wellington, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a street and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is required to be taken in connection with street widening; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, in the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, in the said City, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours, and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands should, if they have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Wellington City Council addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.
