PYNE GOULD GUINNESS (LIMITED) TRUST ACT 1934
I, Harman Warren, secretary of Pyne, Gould, Guinness Ltd., do solemnly and sincerely declare:
- That the liability of the members is limited.
- That the authorised capital of the company is £400,000.
- That the number of shares issued is 300,000 ordinary shares of £1, each fully paid up.
- That there is an issue of £400,000 “A” and “B” perpetual debenture stock which ranks for payment after all creditors.
- That the amount of all moneys received on account of estates is £779,324 17s. 3d. for the year ended 30 September 1957.
- That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates is £774,393 4s. 0d. for the year ended 30 September 1957.
- That the amount of the balance held on 30 September 1957 to the credit of the estates under administration is £66,425 14s. 11d.
- That the liabilities of the company on 30 September 1957 were £1,567,575. Debts owing to sundry persons by the company, viz.:
On judgment, nil.
On specialty, nil.
On terminable debentures, nil.
On simple contracts, £1,567,575.
On estimated liabilities, nil. - That the assets of the company on that day were £2,839,880.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand entitled the Justices of the Peace Act 1927.

DARGAVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
NOTICE is hereby given that the Dargaville Borough Council has resolved to prepare for the Dargaville Borough a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit proposals which in his or its opinion should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.
Proposals marked “Dargaville District Scheme”, should be addressed to the Town Clerk and delivered at the Town Clerk’s office on or before the 11th day of February 1958.

OTOROHANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Roading Loan 1957, £50,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Otorohanga County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £50,000 authorised to be raised by the Otorohanga County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of finding Council’s share of the cost of reconstructing and sealing main highways and county roads within the County of Otorohanga, excluding the Kawhia North Riding, the said Otorohanga County Council hereby makes a special rate of nineteen forty-eighths pence (19/48d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property in the County of Otorohanga, excluding the Kawhia North Riding; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of fifteen (15) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a resolution passed at a meeting of the Otorohanga County Council held on the 25th day of November 1957.

MORRINSVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Morrinsville Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £6,000 to be known as the Housing Land Development Loan 1957, authorised to be raised by the Morrinsville Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of acquiring, subdividing, and developing approximately four acres of land for sale as housing sections, and to pay preliminary expenses arising from the raising of the said loan, the said Morrinsville Borough Council here makes and levies a special rate of decimal six hundred and six pence (0·606d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Morrinsville; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 20th day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of five years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Morrinsville Borough Council held on the 19th day of November 1957.

WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Security Rate — Burnside Road Memorial Highway Loan No. 2, 1957, £6,415
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waimairi County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of six thousand four hundred and fifteen pounds (£6,415) authorised to be raised by the Waimairi County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting the Council’s share of the cost of providing the difference between underground and overhead electric reticulation on the Burnside Road Memorial Highway, the said Waimairi County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·005548d. (pence) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the whole of the County of Waimairi, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

NORTH SHORE DRAINAGE BOARD
LAND PURCHASE LOAN 1957, £54,000
Special Order
THE North Shore Drainage Board doth hereby, in exercise of the powers vested in it by the North Shore Drainage Act 1951 and its amendments, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, resolve by special resolution, intended to operate as a special order, to borrow the sum of fifty-four thousand pounds (£54,000) for the purpose of the purchase of land for the site of the treatment plant for the Board’s No. 1 Drainage Area.
The foregoing special order was made by way of a special resolution passed at a special meeting of the North Shore Drainage Board convened by requisition of the Chairman and held on 4 November 1957. It was publicly notified in the New Zealand Herald on 7 November 1957 and 25 November 1957. It was confirmed at a meeting of the Board, convened by resolution of the Board on 4 November 1957, and held on 2 December 1957.
The Common Seal of the North Shore Drainage Board was hereto affixed this 2nd day of December 1957 in the presence of:
