Crown Land, Public Reserve, Land Held for the Purpose of a Stock Paddock and Land Held for a Roadman's Cottage Set Apart for Road in Blocks III and VII, Paeroa Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto, the public reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, the land, now held for the purpose of a stock paddock, described in the Third Schedule hereto, and the land, now held for a roadman's cottage, described in the Fourth Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in the Paeroa Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

FOURTH SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 26·1 perches, situated in Block III, Paeroa Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Rotomahana-Parekarangi 6A 2 No. 1B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154633 (S.O. 37328) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school, the portions of a public domain described in the Second Schedule hereto and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto now held for State housing purposes are hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.
