Land Held for the Purposes of a Quarry Set Apart for Road
in Block III, Rotoiti Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of a quarry, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 37·5 perches, situated in Block III, Rotoiti Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Taheke No. 3A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154817 (S.O. 38188) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of December 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 acres and 34·9 perches, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 27223, being part Allotment 11, Manurewa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147850 (S.O. 39191) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 acre 32 perches, situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part land on D.P. 21773 and being part Allotment 215, Pukete Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155014 (S.O. 38824) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of December 1957.
