Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of August 1925 and published in Gazette, 13 August 1925, Volume II, page 2409, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 1544, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood 20·68 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being Lots 7 and 8, D.P. 19670, being part Section 61, Hutt District. Part certificate of title, Volume 680, folio 22, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of November 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 13th day of June 1956, to be road.

Altering the Boundaries of the Marlborough Electric Power District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Marlborough Electric Power District so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All that area in the Kaikoura County bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark on the centre line of the Ohau Stream in Block XV, Puhi Puhi Survey District; thence proceeding northerly generally by the centre line of the said Ohau Stream to its intersection with the north-western boundary of Part 4A of 2, Mangamaunu Maori Block; thence north-easterly generally along the north-western boundaries of the said Part 4A of 2, Part 3A of 2, Part 3B of 2, and Part 3C 2 of 2, Mangamaunu Maori Block, to the southern boundary of Section 32, Block XIII, Puhi Puhi Survey District; thence westerly, northerly, and westerly generally along the southern and western boundaries of the said Section 32, and Section 31, Block XIII, and Lot 2, D.P. 1422, Block X, to and across a public road, the Wharekiri Stream, and another public road to the southern boundary of the said Lot 2, D.P. 1422, Block X; thence north-westerly generally along the south-western boundaries of the said Lot 2, D.P. 1422, Blocks X and IX, Lot 3, D.P. 1422, Blocks IX and VIII, and Section 3, Blocks VIII and IV, to a public road; thence by a right line across the said public road to the centre line of Jam Stream; thence northerly generally by the centre line of the said Jam Stream to the confluence of that stream with the Clarence River; thence down the centre line of the said Clarence River to a point on the mean high-water mark; thence southerly generally along the said mean high-water mark to the point of commencement.
As the said area is shown outlined in red on the plan marked S.H.D. 464 deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and the Government Railways Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of December 1957.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 39·83 perches.
Being part Section 163, Porirua District.
