Portions of a Public Domain Set Apart for a Public School
in Block XV, Tangihua Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public
domain described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart
for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of December 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of public domain in the North Auckland
Land District, situated in Block XV, Tangihua Survey Dis-
trict, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
2 2 6·9 Part Allotment N.E. 49, Waikiekie Parish; col-
oured yellow on plan.
0 0 4·6 Part Allotment 210, Waikiekie Parish; coloured
yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 154823 (S.O. 40365) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 19th day of November 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 2nd day of December 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District con-
taining 3 roods 32 perches, situated in Block I, Invercargill
Hundred, Southland R.D., being part Section 12; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
154172 (S.O. 6382) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 19th day of November 1957.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 2nd day of December 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of public reserve in the North Auckland Land
District containing 1 rood 4·2 perches, situated in Block IV,
Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, Auck-
land R.D., and being Lot 20, D.P. 41943. Balance certificate
of title, Volume 175, folio 143, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 19th day of November 1957.
