Land Held for Maori Housing Purposes to be Crown Land
Subject to the Land Act 1948

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, having been acquired by the Board of Maori Affairs for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935 and not now required for that purpose, shall be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October 1957.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land held: 32 perches.
Being Lot 13, D.P. S. 3271, part Allotment 1, Parish of Waimana. All certificate of title, Volume 1248, folio 7s, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Whakatane.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of November 1957.

Crown Land Set Apart for Post and Telegraph Purposes (Residence) in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of December 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 32Β·7 perches, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, being Lot 48, D.P. S. 3162, being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block and being part of the land in Notice S. 88608. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1059, folio 222, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of November 1957.

Crown Land Set Apart for Irrigation Purposes (Ripponvale Scheme: Pumping Station) in Block IV, Cromwell Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for irrigation purposes (Ripponvale scheme: pumping station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of December 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 23 acres, situated in Block IV, Cromwell Survey District, Otago R.D., and being Section 21; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154703 (S.O. 12500) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of November 1957.
