Revocation of the Vesting of Control and Revocation of the
Reservation Over Parts of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the vesting of the control in the
Hundalee Scenic Reserves Board and revokes the reservation
over those parts of the reserves for scenic purposes described
in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying
the Manner of Disposal

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road
purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and
further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the
Pukekohe Borough Council by transfer to Her Majesty the
Queen as Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, in
exchange for Lot 2 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Land
Transfer Office at Auckland under No. 44647, which is to be
vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of Pukekohe as a road reserve under the Reserves and Domains
Act 1953.

Amending Licence to Winstone Ltd. to Use and Occupy a

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby amends the notice of the 27th day of May 1957,
published in the Gazette, 30 May 1957, No. 42, page 1093,
licensing Winstone Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the bed of
the Waikato River at Mercer as a site for a revetment, by
adding after the words "M.D. 10127" the words "and M.D.
10241".

Licensing the Taupo Borough Council to Use and Occupy
Part of the Bed of Lake Taupo as a Site for a Pumping
Station and Intake

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits the Taupo Borough Council
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its
successors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake
Taupo, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10186 and deposited
in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, as a
site for a pumping station and intake, such licence to be held
and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms
and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
   1940, and the provisions of these regulations shall, so
   far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the
   1st day of November 1957.
3. The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be one
   shilling.
