Approval of Dual Headlight System

Pursuant to regulation 49 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* the Minister of Transport hereby approves the dual headlight system fitted as standard equipment to motor vehicles manufactured by the companies or organisations named in the Schedule hereto, as a compliance with regulation 35 (1) of the said regulations relating to the fitting of headlamps.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be a Nassella Tussock Control Reserve

Pursuant to subsection (3) of section 65A of the Nassella Tussock Act 1946, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 18th day of January 1950, and published in Gazette, 26 January 1950, Volume 1, page 57, declaring land in Block III, Teviotdale, and Block XVIII, Waikari Survey Districts, to be a Nassella Tussock Control Reserve by including in the Schedule to the said notice the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and by excluding therefrom the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
