A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 16 perches, situated in Block XIV, Opuawhanga Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Matapouri No. 2 Block, and part Parangarahu B Section 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154643 (S.O. 39877) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of October 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of road in the South Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 39·4 perches, situated in Block IV, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through Allotment 63 and Lot 7, D.P. 12835, being part Allotments 91, 91A, and 63A, Te Puna Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154644 (S.O. 36460) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of road in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block VI, Hunua Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 1 1·2 Being road by Proclamation No. 5784, being formerly part Section 40; coloured orange, edged orange on plan.
0 3 8 Adjoining or passing through Sections 18 and 40; coloured green on plan.
0 0 23·2 Adjoining or passing through Section 15; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153353 (S.O. 23612) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

An Undivided Half Part or Share in Land Taken for a Public Reserve for Recreation Purposes Under the Provisions of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the undivided half part or share in the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public reserve for recreation purposes under the provisions of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of November 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that undivided half part or share in the piece of land in the North Auckland Land District situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 73 of Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland.

Balance certificate of title, Volume 581, folio 151, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels and title).

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes, subject to the rights and interests reserved by memorandum of transfer No. 14739, Auckland Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of November 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in the Borough of Huntly, containing 3 roods 2·8 perches, being Lots 16, 17, 23, and 24, D.P. S. 1010, being part Allotment 9, Parish of Pepepe. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 67, folio 21, Auckland Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of November 1957.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 acres 2 roods 0·6 perches.

Being R.S. 38517, situated in Block V, Southbridge Survey District, Southbridge Town District. (S.O. 9240.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 15043 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
