Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Hamilton

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of November 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, containing 3 roods 2 perches, situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, City of Hamilton, being Lot 100, D.P. S. 4700, being part Allotment 33, Parish of Pukete. Part certificate of title, Volume 239, folio 271, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of October 1957.

Public Reserve Set Apart for a Post Office in Block XII, Mata Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of November 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of public reserve in the Gisborne Land District containing 27Β·7 perches, situated in Block XII, Mata Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Section 15 (formerly part Section 9), Block IV, Waipiro Maori Township; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154669 (S.O. 4892) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of October 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of November 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 1 acre 2 roods 21 perches, situated in Block XXV, Jacobs River Hundred, Borough of Riverton, Southland R.D., and being Section 26.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of October 1957.
