NOTICE to creditors of William Edkins Ltd. is hereby given that a general meeting of creditors will be held in the Legion of Frontiersmen’s Hall, Elizabeth Street Extension, Tauranga, on Thursday, 24 October, commencing at 1.30 p.m.

The business of the meeting will be to consider the following resolution which will be passed by the company at a meeting to be held in the forenoon of the same day:
