PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Nelson Land District containing 0·32 perches, situated in the Borough of Westport, and being Lot 3, D.P. 5583, being part Section 73, Town of Westport. Part certificate of title, Volume 87, folio 104, Nelson Land Registry.
