COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of October 1957.

All those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block VII, Takahue Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of October 1957.

SCHEDULE

All those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block VII, Newcastle Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 18·3 perches, situated in Block VI, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 109, Te Papa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154569 (S.O. 37546) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 2 acres and 20·1 perches, situated in Block I, Waipapa Survey District, Borough of Levin, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 59, D.P. 15486, being part Sections 47 and 50, Levin Village Settlement. Part certificate of title, Volume 560, folio 228, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of October 1957.
