A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for State housing purposes is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of October 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 9·12 perches, situated in the Ocean Beach Survey District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 8612, and being also part Section 76.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residences); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of October 1957.

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 24·4 perches, situated in Block V, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 42673. Part certificate of title, Volume 1504, folio 42, Auckland Land Registry.

All those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 32·9 Allotment 488, Waiwera Parish.
