CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice published in Gazette, 1 August 1957, No. 55, page 1425, cancelling the vesting of a reserve in the Mount Eden Borough Council and revoking the reservation over that reserve, for “Lot 4, Deeds Plan No. 500”, read “Lot 4, Deeds Plan No. 550”.

Land Held for Defence Purposes Set Apart for a Public School in Block VII, Otago Peninsula Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for defence purposes is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of October 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District, containing 1 rood 3·4 perches, situated in Block VII, Otago Peninsula Survey District, being part Section 13. All the land in Proclamation No. 6133, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of October 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, now held for public buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of October 1957.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 23·49 perches, situated in Block X, Mangamuka Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 11, 12, and 13, Town of Kohukohu Extension; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 26205 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 7·8 perches, situated in Block X, Mangamuka Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 10, Town of Kohukohu Extension. All certificate of title, Volume 786, folio 200, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of October 1957.
