COUNTY OF ROTORUA
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Rotorua County Council made on the 18th day of September 1956, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to Rotorua West section of Rotorua County District Scheme. The scheme has been deposited in the county office, Ranolf Street, Rotorua, and is there open for inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above place is open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in the form No. 4 prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 4 p.m. on the 15th day of January 1958.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within a period of which notice will be given.

WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Counties Act 1956.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waimairi County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts. to take for the purposes of road the land described in the Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the land required to be taken is deposited at the public office of the said Council situated at North Road, Papanui, where it lies open for public inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected shall, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, set forth in writing such objection and send such writing within forty days from the date of first publication of this notice addressed to the County Clerk of the Waimairi County Council at the office of the said Council.

CHANGE OF NAME
KNOW all men by these presents (which are intended to be enrolled in the Registry of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Wellington), that I, Dorothy Ivy Gibbons, of Lower Hutt, married woman, now lately called Dorothy Ivy Shrubsall, do hereby absolutely renounce and abandon the use of my former surname of "Shrubsall", and in lieu thereof do assume and adopt the surname of "Gibbons" (being the surname of my former and deceased husband), so that I may henceforth be called and known not by my former assumed surname of "Shrubsall" but by my assumed surname of "Gibbons", and for the purpose of evidencing such change I hereby declare that I shall at all times henceforth in all actions and proceedings, dealings and transactions, and upon all occasions use and subscribe the said surname of "Gibbons" in lieu of my former surname of "Shrubsall"; and I hereby expressly authorise and request all persons at all times henceforth to designate and address me by my said assumed surname of "Gibbons" accordingly.
In witness whereof these presents have been executed this 6th day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-seven (1957).

IN conformity with the above Act, I, Ernest Bissett, General Manager of The Guardian Trust and Executors Co. of New Zealand Ltd., do solemnly and sincerely declare:
- That the liability of the members is limited. The capital of the company is £100,000, fully paid, divided into 20,000 shares of £5 each.
The assets of the company in its corporate capacity on the 30th day of June last were £182,913.
The liabilities of the company in its corporate capacity on that day were £6,031.
The first annual licence was issued on the 10th day of March 1911.
- That, in the capacity of trustees and executors, the amount of moneys received on account of estates up to the 30th day of June last was £77,754,289.
The amount of moneys paid on account of estates up to that day was £77,421,542.
The amount of balances held in trust accounts at various banks on account of estates under administration on that day was £332,747.
- And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Justices of the Peace Act 1927.
