NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand dated the 12th day of September 1957, con-
firming the reduction of the capital of the above-named com-
pany from £12,000 to £2,032, by the cancellation of certain
shares, and the minute approved by the Court showing with
respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several
particulars required by the above Act, was registered by the
Assistant Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 24th day
of September 1957.
The reason for the reduction is that the capital which has
been cancelled is lost and is unrepresented by available assets.
