PURSUANT to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve the following appointments, transfers, termination, and cancellation of commissions of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force:

REGULAR AIR FORCE
GENERAL DUTIES BRANCH
Appointment

Cadet Officer Thomas Esmond Enright (75630) is granted a permanent commission in the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, with the rank of Pilot Officer, with effect from 30 July 1957.

Cancellation of Commission

The commission of Acting Pilot Officer David Blair Abercrombie (924495) is cancelled, with effect from 19 September 1957.

AIR TRAINING CORPS
Appointments

Howard Prosser, B.A., is granted a commission in the Air Training Corps with the rank of Flying Officer and with seniority from 16 February 1956, with effect from 16 February 1957.

Cecil Francis Saul is granted a commission in the Air Training Corps with the rank of Flying Officer and with seniority from 5 August 1956, with effect from 5 August 1957.

Bruce Featherston McAllum is granted a commission in the Air Training Corps with the rank of Pilot Officer, with effect from 18 June 1957.


RESERVE OF AIR FORCE OFFICERS

Appointment

Frederick Thomas Carpenter (134091) is granted a commission in the Administrative and Supply Branch (Special Duties Division), Reserve of Air Force Officers, for a period of four years. He is appointed to the rank of Flying Officer with seniority from 16 September 1954, with effect from 16 May 1957.

Transfers

The under-mentioned officers are transferred from the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, to the Reserve of Air Force Officers, for a period of four years, with effect from the dates shown:

Termination of Commission
