A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of road in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 rood 0.8 perches, situated in Block XIII, Rakaia
Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and adjoining the part
Reserve 1663, being Sections 102, 104, 106, 108, and 112,
Town of Rakaia; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 154328 (S.O. 9191). deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 19th day of September 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government
road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no
longer required.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District
containing 1 acre and 31 perches, situated in Block XV, Wai-
wera Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Allotment
201, Parish of Pukeatua; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154396 (S.O. 40179)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured green.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication
hereof in the Gazette, become a street; and that the said street
shall be under the control of the Greytown Borough Council
and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as
other public highways are controlled and maintained by the
said Council.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land allocated to street: 2
acres 2 roods 27.8 perches.
Being part railway land in Proclamation 9, being part Section
52, Moroa Block.
Situated in Block XIII, Tiffin Survey District, Borough of
Greystown. (S.O. 23190.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12992 de-
posited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange.

advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become Government road.

Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Timaru
and be under the control and management of the Timaru
City Council.
SCHEDULE
All that access way in the Canterbury Land District contain-
ing 30.4 perches, situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury
R.D., and being Lot 12, D.P. 14683, being part Rural Section
