PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Marlborough Land District containing 9 perches, situated in Block III, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being part of the bed of Tuamarina River fronting Section 111, Picton Suburban Registration District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154368 (S.O. 4122, amending diagram), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
