Licensing the Panmure Yacht and Boating Club to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore on the Panmure River as a Site for a Dinghy Landing

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Panmure Yacht and Boating Club (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark on the Panmure River, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10249 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, as a site for a dinghy landing, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from 1 September 1957.
  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Mahia Development Scheme)

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 23 February 1937 and published in the Gazette, 25 February 1937, Volume I, page 479.

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 30 June 1933 and published in the Gazette, 13 July 1933, Volume II, page 1902.
